I created a necromancer as soon as the season started and after i reached lvl 60 and wanted to switch to sever, i realized that sever has a cooldown which should not be the case. If i have to create a new character and redo everything, I am gonna be upset from all the progress i made yesterday. Will this be fixed, please acknowledge!
Check your gear. you probably have the Inexorable Reaper’s Aspect equiped.
i tried using it and without it…i made a new character and the cooldown isnt there
