It depends on your build. What are you trying to accomplish, will depend on do you plan to get up close to mobs? Damage reduction really helps. Going onto WT4 would be best done at 80+ But I would go in to gamble and go back to T3 to farm and level on tree quests. That is from a casual who just like to kill stuff as a fun way of leveling without the stress.
