As the title suggests, it’s stuck at 19/20. When i filter by not started and/or in progress it only shows Nahantu Folk Hero 19/20 side quests completed, no quests i have in progress or haven’t started are listed. I have completed all quests in the area, including the 4 hidden quests and 2 drop initiated quests. There are no blue ! quest indicators anywhere on the map. I have done all the Tenets of Depravity quests also. There just aren’t any quests showing up in the map, or anywhere else, for Nahantu.
RESOLVED: The quests Spilled Blood and The Living and the Dying just spawned, unknown what triggered it.
