You can get 54% CDR on GA Shako with 3 masterwork rolls. It’s beyond stupid.
yeah 10% difference with common shako. Although it won’t give you straight up 10% cuz of scaling but anyway it’s a big deal.
And the thing is that you’ll never get shako with GA in CDR, literally impossible.
Ga system just sucks, especially for those items.

GAs are just old roll ranges in disguise. They reduced the range between low and high rolls but then added GAs. It’s literally the same.
