I just completed a Tormented Andariel encounter when I had Doombringer drop for me. Thinking it’d still be there with the rest of the drops, I teleported to town to salvage my things, came back, and it wasn’t there. I went back to town to see if it appeared in my stash, and it still wasn’t there. The rest of the drops I didn’t bother picking up were still there too.
