Hello
I enjoyed Diablo 4 (and all previous editions) and this is the first time i write to you regarding an issue. This broke the game for me.
The problems are this
- I finally competed the seasonal rank 7 and received the capstone reward. Upon opening the box I immediately picked up the guaranteed mythic item. However, it is not in my inventory (or stash). I could not even see or identify the item. I tried to log out and back in but it still did not show up. This happened today 07 April approximately 01:20 a.m. Norway time.
- Earlier I have crafted 5 mythic item (random mythic box). I have also picked up 1 mythic item after defeating a boss. And all of the items were the same mythic item: Heir of perdition. How can this be RNG? Please fix this. I’ve lost motivation to play anymore
