I had enough mythic drops to craft 3 random mythics before I went to t4 so already had my tyrael (shroud was off and was low paragon so not enough allres anyway).
Been getting most of my mythics in tier 3 or lower. Had a few group runs at tier 4 that yielded a few.
The only thing that changes on higher torment tiers are more items dropping. Item tiers dont change. Item ranges dont change. Mythic chance to drop doesnt change. Torment I - Torment IV you can drop BiS gear. You just have a better overall chance because you get more rolls of the dice on higher tiers but all the dice are the same. This is just in regard to items. You do get more xp and more gold I believe as well on higher tiers.
I got two of mine on T2 and six more on T3.
Last weekend Duriel dropped 3 of them within a 15 minute time span during a 25 run on T3. That’s crazy lucky and now it’s like rng is all about telling me to p off…
I’ve been doing boss runs on T4 but so far nothing of any significance has dropped
T1 is irrelevant if you can speed farm t4 hence t1 isn’t endgame, end of topic.

The only difference in drops between T1-4 is the amount. all tiers are “Weighted” the same.
So far, my math has shown a .5% increase in gear between the tiers.
You are getting more GA items. That is the bonus of higher tiers. More items drop. But the ranges are always the same. You do not get BETTER items on tier 4 compared to tier 1. Its not how it works. You can get BiS items on Tier 1.

I’ve got one in T1 from IH chest, one from Zir on T2 and two from Duriel on T3.
On T4 not one, and I do most boss runs on T4. Solo of course.

Every decision about loot/ drop rates was terrible all round - this player retention experiment we call season 6 is a complete and utter failure - the season of loot aborted is well truly in the category ‘worst season ever’ for me.
I was only half kidding when I said it felt like we were back in S1.
It genuinely feels worse than S1 now
