My skin and mount has disappeared from my stock

I have reported this problem to battle.net support, my ticket no. is US107136786. They want me to get help from here to check into my account and help me restore.

I don’t see where can I submit screenshot of my purchase history. So I can only text down here the item Im missing: (All of these I purchased in Season 9) The Crysalline Armory full set (12.78GBP), The Spectral Sepulcher full set (20.99GBP), Hunters of the Haunt full set (14.78 GBP), Skins, weapon sets and other things are missing from Deluxe Battle Pass Bundle except for Iron demon sets (20.99GBP).

As you can see it is not a small amount of money for a player like me, and also I purchased them because I really like the aesthetic and the design, but now they are all unavailable since I open my stock in this new season. Even my old characters dont have the skins no more!

I truelly hope this is not how you treat customers and players for who really want to enjoy the game. Waiting for your reply and your solution.

In typical modern Blizzard fashion, it appears that they’re just waiting for us to forget.

And it appears the replies from web tickets are just automated because they just reply with vague stuff without mentioning the actual request.

If they’re removing cosmetics purchased previously without prior notice, at least provide a refund of the premium currency. This is absolutely ridiculous.
