How did you solve?? I can’t claim mine (I am almost paragon 200 still missing the skill point)
It’s a crappy bug. I’m sure it need to be brute forced by clicking weirdly quick or slow.
It worked like that for me to open my transmog menu.
Oh, mine isnt green in the first place, like its not available to be claimed or i havent properly completed the quest (despite there not being a quest associated with it)

Create a new non-paladin character and move it around a little bit.
I had to make 3 characters for it to say completed. Actually ridiculous that the fix is just a gamble. But thanks
