My character in the game is unable to sell any equipment to the merchant NPC.

Have you found a fix for this? I also can not vendor any items, I am able to use all npc that craft items, but can not open a vendor to sell. they all open and close quickly.

I have logged out of D4

I have rebooted

I have even made a new char and tried with no luck.

No, I have the same problem as you. It haven’t been fixed yet. This problem has lasted for 2 seasons now.
