my barb isnt casting his shouts every 5 seconds. is this a known bug since Rob2628 isnt playing barb either?
I have it on my boots and it goes off constantly.
You are talking about Yen’s Blessing, and it does not go off constantly, it goes off every 8 seconds at best and is really only good if you only have 1 Cooldown Skill on your Hotbar. This means moving War Cry (Ohm) or Challenging Shout (Lac) to Runewords.
You cannot use Iron Skin, Ground Stomp, Kick (unless Madness Variant), Steelgrasp (unless Solo Chain Variant), Rupture, Mighty Throw (unless Mightiest Variant), or Deathblow or it will interfere.
War Cry with Duration Increase and Booming Voice only gives you .2 seconds of downtime on it with Yens.
Challenging Shout will be permanent even without the Duration Bonus.
Generally Yen’s is not as good as it was in previous Seasons and limits your Builds. It can be used to run a Thorns/Iron Skin Retaliation Build. The best use for it however is a Raging Challenging Shout Build with using War Cry set to Ohm and running Lac still. Yen’s will basically treat it like a Fire Aura allowing essential double-quad casts to almost occur.
The OP is referring to a bug however with The Crucible Charm set which is known, but not acknowledged.
Ok mine goes off every eight seconds, that’s my idea of constantly.
dont know why, but it was somehow connected that i didnt have anger management codex on my gear, dont know if that should be the only reason why
If Berserking drops, you reset the Bonus. Anger Management with Seligs or a no Fury use Build ensures you maintain it.
