You must be thinking of PoE 2, but it is fine, they are in “Early Access” (a.k.a Open paid beta), so changes are to be expected.
PoE is most on maintanence mode like D3, new seasons are being released but the bulk of development is on PoE 2.
D4 wil enter S11, one expansion, three retolling and still can’t say “this is the game identity”… unless borrowed powers and reused gimmicks from D3 are the game identity.
As much times passes, D4 seems more and more a waste of hd space and time.
