I was able to select the mount at the start of the season and was using it, but today the mount is no longer in my collection nor do i see the other items related to the mount that were showing as placeholders day 1 of season 2.
Yeah, its a bug. I have the same mount, and already had it equipped.
It still shows up when I summon my horse, but does not show up in the stable.
They will get it addressed, so just be patient.

Pretty sure they disabled it on purpose, because the trophy items were not fully implemented. Models were untextured and had placeholder icons. Probably waiting on a patch to push the missing assets before enabling the pack again.

I bought Blizzcon collection and mount is not showing at all. Is there any ETA for it to be fixed or should I refund?

Fixed an issue where bonus items from the Blizzcon Collection were granted early and displayed placeholder content.

Since that patch dropped, I can’t even summon it anymore. It was definitely a bug. Apparently it was supposed to release later, not when the Season started.
