I pre-purchased Vessel of hatred deluxe for PS5. I should have access to Mother’s Lament Legendary Gem. I don’t have it. I have the other unlocked features. I paid for this, where is my gem???

Pre-purchased standard edition. Also can’t find mother’s lament gem in Diablo Immortal.
UPDATE: I logged in and out a bunch of times and it eventually showed up in the events panel.
