So now I’m trying the Barrier + Fortify route on my Barb. This part of Selig only works if it only applies to your Health. We should be able to generate a Perma Barrier/Fortify and have that count towards the 6 seconds no damage/resource generates to full.
Unfortunately YET AGAIN this avenue also doesn’t work. Fury just keeps draining until it’s eventually gone.
Seriously, WHAT ELSE AM I SUPPOSED TO DO HERE?
If Fury doesn’t count as Damage Taken in the sense that NONE of our Defenses are applying before the damage is applied to our Fury, then Fury, Barrier, and Fortify shouldn’t be considered Damage Taken towards the conditions of the Effect.
You have to give us a workable avenue here, Blizzard.
