The unique stacks 3x for each element once. x25% times 3 is x75% more damage.
Non physical damage is better than cooldown reduction ga if you have enough cooldown elsewhere. You can even triple crit the ga on nonphysical damage for the enlightment buff this season. Next season, buffing lightning dmg or cold dmg only would be more beneficial to enlightment.
