Artificer’s Cavalier Hat no longer accessible on my Diablo 4 account. I already unlocked from Season of the Construct. Confused as to why its no longer accessible and can’t equip? Had no issues last season!

I also just started season of Infernal Chaos and have lost access to the Austere Gate portal look from season of the construct.
