Missing Skill Points in Hardcore, after starting in Softcore

So ya started PTR on softcore use the boost cuz i want to test out end game stuff, switch over to hardcore today only to find out that all of the season reward skill points (which include the 1st point you get) are all locked and unclaimable as I’ve claimed them in softcore.

Not to sure how this got over looked while planning or early testing but this making playing both Softcore and Hardcore very bad as which ever you do second will be missing dozen or so skill points and 20+ paragon

This is intended. Softcore and Hardcore have always been considered separate journeys. Everything you earn in one, you need to earn again in the other.

Sure, it was always like that, except now, you can’t. Hardcore shares the same seasonal progress as normal mode. Everything you unlock in normal is forever unavailable in hardcore. (And vice versa presumably.)
