I’ve started S10 and went to change my character’s armor cosmetics. I realized that I no longer have the torso and head fromthe previous season’s reliquary completion rewards. I went a bit further into my other characters and saw that my druid also doesn’t have the class-specific armor from the reliquary.
I tried to submit a ticket to support and they sent me here. It’s really frustrating to pay for things, play the game every season, and then simply lose items because of connection or saving bugs. I’m hoping that someone can help me get these things back and don’t just say that “nothing can be done for me” or something like that.
Similar story here, missing foot equipment from one of reliquaries, and before season ended i did made sure everything was collected, and yet they’ send me here, also it’s seems like they think the rewards weren’t collected prior.

Im missing the goat. The whole reason i bought pass last season was for the goat. Not happy.

I am also missing the Little William goat pet and I know this as I have the Bonds of the Iron Demon Pants which require you to unlock everything in the Bests Reliquary to unlock, (which includes Little Willaim). Also missing The Fetters of the Iron Demon (Boots) which is likely a related bug. I am confident I had marked all Reliquaries as completed before the season ended but only just noticed today that it is locked/missing for my account.

It has been a week already and no response from Blizzard. There is no reason for a business to make a forum of bug reporting instead of listening to players on their tickets.
