Missing Season of the Construct Battle Pass Cosmetics

Upon logging in for the Season of Death Awakening, I noticed that several cosmetics I previously unlocked from the Season of the Construct Battle Pass are missing from my account.

I have screenshots to this message for reference: two providing proof that I already own these items, and another showing that they are currently locked on a newly created character.

I am honestly quite upset about this. I invest a lot of time, effort, and money into this game—especially by purchasing skins and cosmetic battle passes—so it is incredibly frustrating to see things I hardly earned just disappear.

Could you please let me know the best way to officially report this issue and what steps I need to take to get them restored?

I’m having the same issue, and I’m not sure it’s just Battle Pass cosmetics. It might also be Twitch Drop cosmetics. I’m missing cosmetics from several past seasons; however, I haven’t checked to see if I’m missing any of the Twitch Drop cosmetics yet. I was hoping the latest patch would have fixed it, but it really didn’t seem to fix anything I was actually having issues with.

Missing Cosmetics

Since Season 14 started, the vast majority of my cosmetics from past seasons’ Battle Passes and from Twitch Drops are gone. They don’t even show up as locked; they are simply missing. Is this going to be fixed? Because I don’t see a point in working for points, or spending money on Platinum if you’re going to go Oops and lose everything.
