Every little bit helps. Ideally someone from bliz should’ve popped here already and acknowledge the issue… but we don’t live in ideal world, so…
Correct me if I’m wrong but issues mostly started after latest patch where they took away BlizCon pass rewards? Maybe it is connected and they can’t enable one without enabling the other thing.

same here, no mount, armor, or trophy. pretty disappointing. i acheived these about 2 days into the season and nothing. other rewards still work, i got my lilith mount and the duriel trophy so it does seem to be just journey mount rewards.
Also experiencing this same issue. Did not get the chapter 3 or 5 mount rewards. Haven’t finished chapter 6.
Yes the emote wheel resets everytime your character logs out or dces, however it only seems to be the middle wheel and not the first or third one. You could workaround the issue by setting up one of the other emote wheels with keybinds I think.
There is also several forum threads on this issue which ofcourse are still ignored by blizzard as usual.

Same for all season journey mount items mount, armor, and trophy all missing after claiming really hope they fix this soon, need more mount looks to go with armor colors other than red and gold and black.

Yub, no Strips and Points mount armor at the stable master. :-/
Same issusse plus Twitch Drops, i claimed reward on twitch, but dont get this in game. Twitch said this is Blizzard technical problems.

Same problem with Strips and Points and Famished T. and Salmagundi. None of the new mounts and mount armors are showing up. You no longer are getting the horse icon.

Prob will be fixed with the release of blizcon mount.
Wont be fixed. They have fixed it but dgaf about the people that have already been screwed over.
Previously, players were experiencing issues with receiving rewards from the Season of Blood Battle Pass and Seasonal Journey. We have rolled out a fix for these issues that will begin to take effect over the next hour or so. Do note that Season Journey progress acquired prior to the release of this fix will not apply retroactively. You will lose no progress made on your Battle Pass, and now can claim all earned rewards from your Tiers. You should also now see progress incrementing correctly on Season Journey tasks.

WTH does that even mean will I be able to claim the rewards if I’m way past those Journey Chapters or not?

This fix was aimed at the bug that prevented any progress towards the objectives in the Season Journey and was not related to the rewards.
Don’t mix that up and don’t claim that they won’t fix this problem, because they solved a different one.

That’s a week old. Prob just at the start of the season. Most if not all have the issue after this post.
