I’ve redeemed my code on Battle.net but I don’t see it unlocking the new season battle pass in game?

MS codes are not working.
They have removed it from the rewards page already.
I contacted the MS support and they just sent me the same code again… which i obviously have already redeemed and is not working (as in not giving the premium pass ingame).
So thanks for nothing.
Same for Blizzard. No help here. 3 Tickets. Last GM said to just wait till it’s fixed… no ETA.
I was hoping we got some news by now… man…
Maybe they are waiting to unlock it for us until there is like 1 day left to farm the tokens
i got 99 thingies waiting to buy the bp stuff… but prolly not enough.
You need like 253 or so… did the math a while ago… yo yes you would have to farm at least 150 more but you can’t, because you can’t spend them if the pass isn’t working.
It’s been 9 days already since i redeemed my code btw…
No help from either Blizzard or Microsoft.
I guess Blizz doesn’t want me to buy the next D4 expac.

Just got a response to my ticcket after like 4 days in the queue :
I’m contacting you today regarding the Microsoft Rewards code, which did not unlock the Accelerated Battle Pass reward in Diablo IV.
We appreciate your patience as Blizzard has been investigating solutions with our partners at Microsoft over the last week, and we’ve just received an update with instructions. While Blizzard cannot grant benefits for these codes, due to the way they work, and recent changes to Diablo IV’s Battle Plan, Microsoft’s support team can help reimburse the points spent.
The next step is for the accountholder to contact Microsoft using their support form: rewards.microsoft.com/support
The Microsoft support team will confirm the original reward code purchased/issued, and provide a reimbursement. If you are not the Microsoft Rewards user, and received the code as a gift from a friend, please have your friend contact Microsoft for assistance while logged in to their account.

So GGs i guess, we have been waiting for like 2 weeks just to get told that they cannot fix it and we will get our MS points refunded.
I got a MS ticket open, i wonder if they will refund it or if i have to open another one with this Blizzard response.
