Max Level Question

Is it true we will have to level all of Lvl 100 toons to get them to the new max level of 60? Also, do we need to run the story line again?

Your level 100 character is actually a level 50 character with 200 paragon points. You have to go from50 to 60 and then can get an additional 100 paragon points.
And no you dont need to run the base game storyline. Juat VoH if you purchased it.

Thanks for the info and seems pretty lame. I now need to waste time leveling all my Eternal Lvl 100 toons. Honestly with all the changes I might just delete them all vs reworking them.

Thats what happens when an expansion raises the level cap. I feel like most RPGs do that.
