Subject: Max HP Bug – Character Half HP Locked

Hello,
I’m experiencing a bug with my Diablo IV character on Xbox. My character is level 43, named POPEYE, and my HP bar is half red and half black. I cannot restore my HP above the red portion, even in town and using Strong/Superior Healing Potions.
I have tried:
Restarting the game
Restarting the Xbox
Leave game
Using potions in town
Relogging the character
Death/respawn
None of these steps restored my full HP. It seems like a permanent max HP debuff or bug.
