I masterworked my 925 Flameweaver gloves that already had +2 to Devouring Blaze on them. When the masterwork animation (for rank 4) ended it showed it added to Devouring Blaze with (+2) being the blue number - yet it did nothing?

uniques always round down.
2x1.5 = 2
heck, even 2x1.99 = 2
d’oh… so do i keep pounding at it to increase to 3 or is it not worth trying to upgrade that stat … (meaning will it eventually increase (not asking whether i should or not)
