Masterworking is still charge gold same old version on console for rank 1-4. What update ???

Maybe read the patch notes?

The Gold cost of Masterworking has been reduced.

Examples:
    Ranks 1-4: Unchanged
    Rank 5: reduced from 450,000 to 400,000
    Rank 8: reduced from 1,000,000 to 800,000
    Rank 12: reduced from 10,000,000 to 2,500,000

Same here. As someone said already, seems doing a Pit run will unlock it.

A simple QC would have caught this.
