Having the same problem, stuck at Start Game Pending 
50 minutes so far with the loading screen in QUEUE for game launch! No timer to see if the QUEUE is freeze or moving this is sick!

Dropping in just to update, we haven’t seen any requests for information. No updates have come through beyond the team is still digging into the root cause and getting it fixed.
Hopefully this will be fixed soon!

i am stuck infinitely loading on a screen and don’t know what to do. im like lvl 33 or something and i was on a quest?

Well, if they WERE to give out compensation, it would be at about $1US per 288 minutes of outage. Is that really worth your time?

Hi,
Not sure if something is wrong due to the authentication issue currently happening.
But logged into the game for the third time now and once, inside a dungeon or cellar, the loading screen appears and then it just doesn’t do anything.
Seems like an internal error or process that’s failing while loading the current character into the instance.
Eventually I just Alt+F4 out of the game and get back in.
I’ve attempted this three times and same thing has happened.

I can’t believe I paid extra money for this. Stuck at game pending for an hour now.

No, there’s no company that can guarantee technology and server stability, that’s just not how it works. You’re going to have to deal with this fact because believe it or not, unforeseen things do happen, I’m not sure if this is your first time playing a prelaunch or an online game at all, but they don’t guarantee it for a reason, same with google, your ISPs, cellphone providers, car dealerships, etc, as they cannot predict the future.
A tangible item is covered under manufacturer warranties because a tangible item isn’t a service, do not try to compare the two.

I feel like I’ve wasted 3 days just hard crashing my PC, very unfortunate.
There were no issue until today , this game was too good to be true lol What happen at full release lol cross you fingers
I logged out of battle.net and then I checked for driver updates, then I switched my blizzard launcher to the beta version and I clicked to restart and update the launcher. When I logged into Diablo after that It went straight in.
4 PC resets and 10 game restarts. No luck. I just keep getting put into a longer queue and then hanging on start game pending’
And you felt the need to include your level why?

Why does everyone think restarting their computer is going to fix a server side issue
i waited the 20 min queue and got in, just relax…wait until the full game release and then moan about it

I did a “Scan and Repair” and worked for me!
Before a queue of 40min, after 1min and log in!
maybe there are cookies?

That is comforting.
Who would’ve thought buying an add-on would get around the “no license found” error?

Hell as I was writing this I just got into the game after 2 hours of not being able too.
