been stuck in this queue as well for 30 minutes on PS5…
Log out the battle net completely. Re login is successfully.
Also stuck… closed the game, reloaded, stuck again for over 10 mins 
may ask for a refund of the ultimate if I can’t get in today. Huge bummer. Really hoping they fix this fast!

Froze on a loading screen. crashed, now stuck at start game pending.
Same issue here on PS5. What the heck? I played all night last night with virtually no issues.
They just acknowledged it… Hope its fixed soon
Yup, stuck on que for 20min. Restarted PC and have been waiting 10min now.
On pc. Same issue, stuck in start game pending purgatory. Tried closing and reopening bnet, along with logging off and back on. No luck fixing the issue. East coast North America.
Same issue here. Stuck on Queued for Game screen. Started about 30 min ago for me. Xbox. First problem I’ve had so far but a big one.
My party went to go into the dungeon Caldera Gate on PC.
Never loaded us in just stayed at the loading door screens with animations and everything. -For all of us.
We exited the game and came back in and tried doing it not being in a party. -same thing.
I have the same problem. Tried to enter twice and both times was stuck on the loading screen. After rebooting the game I was transported to halfway down the map.
I really did not spend the extra money to sit in queue get into the game and then crash as soon as I teleport the first time and then sit in the queue again and do it all over again and again and again
Game progressing through login screen and hanging when trying to start a game. Is this a new problem? Tried restarting PS5 same issue

I am stuck at “Queued for game - start game pending”. PS5.
Yea happened to me then got in now playing fine. Go to enter a dungeon and freeze… thank you blizzard ya’lls triple A companies tech issues never end

had to log out cause none of my skills were working… bugged
