C’mon guys from Blizzard…fix the problem already! What was the point of the beta and server slam?! You better give some Platinum for those with these problems.

How do I get refund ? Maybe a standard version will do better

Had enough time to go to KFC to see if they had a fix, still can’t log in PS5… PC friends can see I’m ON, and it says I’m in character select. so, what cosmetics are we getting in addition for this terrible start?

Having the same issue on PS5 and Ps4. Good thing we paid extra to spend more time than anyone else at a loading screen

When I first started up the game I got an errors telling me my device sent to many request and to try again later three times… Then I restarted the game and got into a 3 minute que my que ended but it kicked off another 1 minute que right away but it ended in an error… I repeated this processes 4 times and got the same results until it finally gave me the licenses error… So I restarted my PS5 started up the game again and got into another que same reque problem over and over then i got the licenses error two more times… Now I’m just stuck in the que.

On PS5, have done a reboot and a full power cycle. All attempts give the same Unable to find valid license error.

This really sucks i knew not to take the day off but i took Friday off Blizzard please have this fixed give me something for compensation even ifnits just higher loot chance untill office release but gd this is bad

Just restarted PS5 and relaunched game. Still same error. Unable to find a valid license for Diablo IV (code 315306)

Have tried since 7. Same thing. Queued for 4-5 minutes then error 315306. I have restarted my console twice. Not happy I spent the extra money on early access. I did this based on the server slam experience which was flawless. Unacceptable blizzard.

The issue is not with blizzard.
The problem seems to be to do with the Sony PlayStation servers that are responsible for the validation of licence keys.

If you open up settings and got to account and find where you can restore your licence you’ll more than likely find that if you have a lot of game licences like I do that it fails and says that it cannot connect to the Sony licence servers.

Also if you are currently logged out of the PlayStation website on pc and try to log in via their website you’ll see that the connection to their servers times out…

Meaning the PlayStation servers are being overwhelmed with request. Most likely because we are all trying to verify our licence.

I rebooted my ps5 three times, rebooted the modem and router, nothing works, deleted server slam. I DO NOT want to reinstall the game. FIX ASAP
