Same here, already waiting for almost 6 hours. EU. Please fix.
The queue time goes up and even restarting game and console will net bring it back.

Same issue as everyone above. Bought the Standard edition. Fired it up at lunchtime, watched the cinematic, got to character create screen then had to head out to a hospital appointment.

Tried logging in tonight to an ever increasing queue time. Iā€™ve tried the following to no effect:

  • Restarted router/internet connection
  • Restarted computer
  • Repaired install
  • Moved install to another drive
  • Tried a VPN
  • Deleted Blizzard antertainment program data folder and restarted the battle.net launcher

Kinda annoyed I couldnā€™t get on tonight.

Can we have an update please Kershew, its clearly an account based issue if you read through this thread/forum there are many others that are now popping up. Especially where two people in the same household have different outcomes, one can login in and one gets queued.

Iā€™m having the same issue, friend logged in with no queue and I got 35 minute queue which increased to 37 after 10 minutes. Standard edition for the record, worked fine at midnight when it came out yesterday (UK time).

Since you started the game at lunchtime (which i assume is like about 12:00-14:00), that might be a hint to the issueā€¦
I started it just for 5 mins at the same time and since the evening i cant even play because of the infinite queueā€¦

I took day off, after entire day of trying I was unable to play the game. Tried to login during different time, took breaks, left the game on queue only to get an error. Every other person that I planned to play with had no issue. We all bought deluxe edition to play early and there was not such things happening before. I am just wasted and sad that everyone around is having fun while I simply cannot join. Apparently 100 comments itā€™s not enough to take actions or even update us on the status.

I have switched from lan to wifi to phone internet, tried uninstall and install again. Turn off and on. I am playing on PS5.

Hey everyone,

It appears the investigation is still ongoing. I donā€™t have any ETA or additional information other than the investigation is still active for this. I will update if I hear anything new.

Im having this issue as well. Normally this would not be the biggest deal, but when you have time off for a product you have paid and it is unavailable, it really stingsā€¦

A workaround if you are on EU:

  1. Connect a VPN knot of US/Asia
  2. Login BN as American/Asia region which you have less lag
  3. Solved

I couldnā€™t get in for an hour because of the endless queue. Now itā€™s counting down from 25 minutes, now Iā€™m at 17 minutes. My friends can enter immediately. EU - Hungary - PC

Question: I got my game gifted to me. Anyone else got it gifted and canā€™t log in?

No this is not the issue, my friend who is currently playing with no issues had his game gifted.

This smells a lot like the ā€œstuck accountā€ bug from beta but with a timer added that does nothing instead of it saying you canā€™t log in.
