I had the same thing happen to me last night around 6:30pm EST. I submitted a ticket with Blizzard around 9pm and have been posting my updates of login attempts to the ticket.
I was finally able to log in just over 27 hours after the beginning of the incident. I never got a response from the support ticket I filed. I’m assuming the only solution is to wait it out because you most likely wont get any support from Blizzard.
