[Main Thread] Battlenet Down, Keeps trying to Connect. Can't Log In Game

Same issue.

Comcast/Xfinity - South Carolina

Was able to get in here…

Highland Falls NY

ISP - Spectrum

Sorry others are having problems.

Yeah looks like it’s a Northeast US problem.

ISP: Comcast/Xfinity
Maryland Eastern Shore/Delaware

I do NOT think this is ISP or regional. My daughter and I share an office and she is sitting beside me playing Diablo 4. I got disconnected and cannot log in again.

ISP: Telus Fibre

I could be wrong, but thought that Blizzard was hosting its online services in a combination of internal servers + Google infrastructure.

ISP: Xfinity
State: Ct

I think they use AWS in combination with their own during high traffic

ISP: Orange
State: Belgium

So it seems to be a worldwide problem.

I’m thinking hubs are being hammered with flickers or outages. It’s not just Bnet experiencing issues. I’ve had another site randomly kick me off now and then. My anti virus is also acting up randomly saying it can’t connect to home base. Yet some other sites are running just fine. If you have to route through that area you’re going to have a bad time today.

I used VPN to connect to San Francisco from Connecticut and was able to connect back to the battle.net. Definitely, there is some problem with regional ISP

Yeah, anything that needs Bnet login is down for us right now. Our friendly Blue has a thread in the WoW TS forum collecting data too now.

WoW thread looking for same info - [Main Thread] Cannot log in to battle.net launcher - #43 by Joynueer - Technical Support - World of Warcraft Forums

ISP: Xfinity/Comcast

Can’t connect to twitter or anything Blizz/Bnet but every thing else including other games work perfectly.

ISP: German Fiberglass

Seems to be a worldwide problem…

Since it’s other sites and services (Twitter etc.) and Comcast/Xfinity clients it’s likely an AWS issue. Comcast went all in with AWS about 5 years ago, their SDN and SD WAN stuff is all on AWS.

I’ve seen this type of outage before with portions of my client base when something goes poof.
