2 days ago I had a problem. I would give my friend 210 materials of Duriel. I dropped them so he could pick up. When they were dropped I had connection lost. When I came back on the game, the material was gone. I send a couple of support tickets. I get answer with tips, but the material is still lost. So they say I needed to post a bug repport.
I hope you can help me with this problem.

If the items are not returned after a few re-logs, I’m afraid we’d have no way to directly recover the Shards or grant them from our side, in any circumstance.
In this case, it would be very helpful if you could submit a bug report from your side, to send direct data for our Development team to investigate*
