I just recently took part in the Asmodan world boss fight in Kehjistan at around 7:45 PM eastern time at Torment IV difficulty with my character Baelor. I grabbed up all the loot that just dropped on the ground and unlocked the hoard with corrupted tongues of Asmodan, but I had forgotten to empty my inventory before and I teleported back to Kyovashad to do that. Immediately after the loding screen had gone away I got “Network Error.” I waited a few minutes and logged back in and all of the loot that I had not been able to pick up was gone. It did not go to my Stash like it does sometimes. This is the first time I have participated in this fight and thanks to the glitch I completely missed out on an enormous pile of equipment.
Quick update: I did double check and I still had all of the equipment that just dropped on the ground after the fight, and my game still tracked the grim favors I gathered from the active Whisper. I even got the seasonal reward for beating Asmodan and opening his hoard. It’s just the gear that was in Asmodan’s Hoard that I did not get.
