Issue: Lord of Hatred campaign progression not credited after co-op completion
Today I spent approximately 6 hours playing through and completing the Lord of Hatred campaign content in co-op with a friend.
We completed the campaign content together during the same session. After completion, my friend received the expected campaign progression and unlocked the War Table. My character did not.
After checking my Journal, my character is still showing:
Act VIII: Lord of Hatred
Chapter: The False Prophet
Quest: Solace Beyond Sight — Quest 1/7
This does not reflect the campaign content I completed during our co-op session.
I was present and actively participating throughout the campaign with my friend and had no indication that my character was not receiving campaign progression. We spent approximately 6 hours completing this content, so having to replay all of it because the progression failed to register would be extremely frustrating.
I have screenshots showing my character and current Journal/campaign progression.
My friend received the War Table unlock after completing the content with me, while my character remained at the earlier campaign quest.
Could Blizzard please investigate whether my campaign progression can be restored/credited, or provide a way to correct the progression without requiring me to replay approximately 6 hours of campaign content?
I would also appreciate clarification on what caused the co-op progression not to register so that this does not happen again if I am required to replay any portion of the campaign.
