Little William Pet is locked even though I bought all of Season 9’s reliquaries. Saw that this was an issue on PC just wanted you guys to know it is also happening on PS5

It is also happening on Xbox. Poor little William pet is all locked up. Hopefully bug gets fixed soon so I can get my item back that I purchased.
Same issue for me on PS5 Pro. Hope this can be fixed without issue please 
he is “locked” but you can still equip him!
