Most Northern Altar in Scosglen bugged. You cannot get up this cliff even with teleport. Totally unfinished product… I have a photo but cannot post it.
I fixed it by leaving the game. Which ever game seed it was the map is missing the footprints to reach the top portion of the mountain.
