Wouldn’t the time be at the end of the season like was done with Barbs and other classes’ builds that were entirely busted in seasons past? People get way too petty about class performance and demanding retribution whenever they’re unhappy about changes to their own class.

Oh don’t worry, LS sorc will get nerfed at the end of the season. I personally find it funny that Blizzard took great care not to let Hydra be OP, but completely overlooked Lightning Spear.

Winterglass is the reason. Its rediculously overpowered. It is meant for FO yet its a spear item now. That shows you how badly this unique was changed and made game breaking op. The conjure mastery is what makes it too good and the reduction TO CD times.
You have to be ultra ultra ultra careful when you start tinkering with CDs to be reduced.

I’ve never seen people whine as much as salty barbs. These posts are stupid. Spend your time being constructive in how to make your class better. Jeeze. I never whined when barb was the strongest. I asked for fixes to my class and just played barb in the meantime. You guys are like 5 year olds with these posts.
Buddy, i never whined either, i was a helpful nice guy on these forums. Untill they nuked barb, and all the gleeful pricks on these forums started mocking and trolling everyone against the decision to kneecap the barb class. What goes around comes around.

S0/S1 Hydra player here. Kinda funny a lot of folks back then are dissing how strong Hydra was in NM 100 and ignoring most of the achievements done by Hydra players.
But as you’ve said, a lot of OP builds are overlooked by Blizzard. S0/S1 Hydra doesn’t even compare. Its power then compare to standard builds now are almost “normal”.
LS/FO sorc puts a giant shame on S0/S1 Hydra sorc.

They broke winterglass to OP Tier S levels. You have to be careful when you allow cooldowns to be reduced and they were not careful. This should be a FO item and should be changed in some way to be just for FO.

Seriously, I have never seen a group of people whine and cry this much since I use to frequent the WOW forums. And let me tell you, you have to be a MAJOR crybaby to be on the same level as that bunch.
Well that aint right either. I always advocate for all classes to be good. This is like the 4th post on the topic I read today and they been getting deleted. Adding to the problem doesnt solve the problem.

There is absolutely no way Blizzard ever makes Barbs relevant ever again. Not after killing them off right before the new shiny melee class with the $70-100 price tag comes out.
So thanks, Sorc mains. You basically ruined this game for me forever.

Sorc hasn’t gotten anywhere near as broken as barb had been by the end of every season till now. This must be your first season.
How did sorcs ruin your game for you? For asking for buffs for mage?
Sorcs dont balance the game. Devs do.
Not going to lie, this kind of drama is what keeps me on the forums. Not just from you mind you, but the basic stance that Blizzard has yet again forsaken a class forever. It’s great.
I wish my problems were as simple as worrying about what Blizzard is going to do my class. Ah to be young again.

How did you somehow miss all the Sorc mains demanding Barb get nerfed into nothing? Hell they were all in your threads during PTR.
I thank blizzard for showing continued incompetence at balancing. Saved me $, Rinse and repeat methods will be done with the new class. Scales tip on the tears of players and not competent devs.
Have you played Bash or Flay this season? I have. They do not even begin to compare to Lighting Spear Sorc or Andariel Barrage Rogue. Not even in the same universe. Flay and Bash are okay single target but not great. There is no way that any Barb build should be on the same “tier” as Meta Sorc or Rogue. Particularly Sorc. Give it a try. Build the meta for Sorc, Rogue, and Barb. Compare them for yourself.
