That’s not gonna solve, it would rather make it even stronger with optimized stats + ubers are super easy to get right now.
This is difference between ape barb players and classy sorc players.
We admit sorc and LS is op and nerf should come. Barbtards on the other hand think, there was nothing bad about state of barb in s2-4

Running NMD 100’s and nothing gets stunned, everything gets 1 shot. Nothing stays alive long enough to get stunned.
it’s actually still kinda trash on a single target.
If in s6 single target will be the most important thing, than barbs will be top again.
Again just another bad design in this game.
LS is literally doing more damage than HoTA ever did, it’s just no one can one shot World Bosses anymore because of Resilience. Turn on damage numbers against a WB fight, builds that do millions are doing thousands against them.

LS spear has better single target damage than any current Barb build you lying waste of time and flesh.

While we can argue nonstop about who is/was more OP (after all barb 1-shotted tormented bosses previously while the meta LS sorc does not), playing the meta LS sorc is like conducting a symphony orchestra of death while the lumbering barb (and meta druid build this season) are not even aesthetically close.

I’m super slow bc low playtime, but as soon as I tried sorc this time, my Barb main became my alt, became my “next season maybe” placeholder… bc frankly every other class has more interesting new builds. =\
A druid build that makes druid look classy is a build I dun wanna play. Smash smash, rumble rumble is the only way.
actually, LS build is so OP that not only it can melt anything on screen at lightspeed, but also IRL servers and make the game lag like a powerpoint slideshow. 2 or more sorc in world boss fight, you know that’s it

You have to kinda, sorta aim with the Rogue. Still Andariel’s made shorter work of Uber Lilith so better single target certainly. Playing Rob’s WW Barb with 4 ubers now. Great up until T6 but then you start to feel the lack of punch to WW.

Lightning Spear is amazing unless you want to do tier 140+ Pit. Then it suddenly falls flat.
Yes it is. Enjoy it while you can, because next season it will be barb again! or maybe the new expac class (monk) i am not sure.
Yep, this season is an OP season for everyone, with tons of bonus, easy win and unique drops. That’s probably to have less whinings before the launch of the expansion

it got a slight nerf in T6 but still good.
They really didn’t need to nerf Barbarians as hard as they did, only somewhat decent build they have right now is Whirlwind.
So far it doesn’t seem like they’re nerfing LS much in season 6 either other than capping Conjuration mastery at 30, which admittedly is a pretty big nerf to the higher end setups.

billions damage never was supposed to happens. Its due the bad game design allowing “broken” builds. I guess everybody wants a good balanced game and not something that kills everything in one shot.
Regarding the blood lance necro, very few people plays this build. I do and actually it does hundreds millions damage. 500K and above. I agree with the nerf but they need to rework the AOE damage which is very trick.
I simply do not believe you anymore. Because all you do is go around defending the current state of Sorc and downplaying how terrible Barb is right now .
