What they need to do is to make it so that if you have Walking Arsenal up, you cause vulnerability on hit.

Frankly all of the Barb ultimates should give you a source of applying vulnerability. This would put it on par with the necro bone spear rubbish.

10+ on gloves, 10 polearm 20-30 on arsenal aspect definitely makes lucky hit a thing for barbs. Really only useful for stuns and to get hota to proc vul atm.
