Dungeons were the top mode to get chaos the streamers said using reputation into cache thing but helltide was solid as well unless u got sorcs zipping by taking everythang which happened alot.
Another thing in season which made me angry face was the dump of season currency after that one buff ended. So you could miss a stack of 2k if you dint notice. But everything else in the game is auto collected for most part. So why do this? Its another feel bad.
It happened to me today for the first time. I was like wtf?

I never EVER got more than 2 chaos items from him on a kill. And that happpens like every 10th time I kill him! I get an Chaos item like 3-4 times out of 10. And that is on Torment 4 / Seasonal.
Once again raise the question, is my account cursed or just bugged?! LULZ 
Probably cursed. As noted in some of the promotional material, Bartuc is supposed to guarantee a chaos item drop at T3 and T4. This isn’t the case. I’ve had zero drops at both T3 and T4, but it’s the exception for me. He usually drops one to three items
So your account is cursed or you’re having a run of bad luck.
That’s a very long run of bad luck as I been playing since Season start. 
Which is why the claim has been met with such incredulity. Not seeing drops at T1 or T2 makes sense as they’re not guaranteed. Not seeing them for an extended period at T3 or T4 doesn’t seem possible based on most people’s experience and the advertised guarantee.
But it IS possible. My account is all the proof I need. What you think is possible or not is up to you, no judgement from me but it is indeed possible.

yes, that is what makes it feel so bad to be honest. I even reinstalled the game and all but no difference. Well well, BF6 in 10 minutes (or when servers go up)
Never said it was impossible. Just highly unlikely. RNG can be crazy sometimes.

Have any of you gotten 2GA and above chaos items? All I have are 1GA varients.
Have the urn maxed, been on T4 for quite a while now. Done all the bosses, IH, HT, NMD+chaos rifts and still nothing… to be fair, though, I only received my one and only mythic the other night as well… from the Undercity too, of all places.
Yes, I got multiple 3 and 4 GA mothers.
Actual useful chaos armor no.
Got a 3GA chaos armor from the seasonal mythic box. Also gotten a few 2GA drops, but nothing useful for current build.
