Am I the only one that’s spent hours doing 10 wave Infernal Hordes, spending the 666 ether to fight Bartuc, to get ZERO Chaos armor drops?

Sounds like you are in eternal and not seasons.

Yes, you are the only one. He occasionally drops none, but regular drops one to three chaos items at T4. Almost all are guaranteed to be something useless for your current build.

im on seasonal. I just get better luck opening the caches via the reputation than I do from the hordes
i usually get one when every time i do it on t4, so thats weird.
there is no luck with the infernal caches, if you get “urn of chaos armor” seasonal blessing, its 100% “chance” =)
doing helltides + chaos dungeons is more fun anyway !
get blessings “urn of chaos nightmares” and “urn of sustain” to get more chaos nightmare and more duration of the buffs for more infernal warp. and ofc rep when u get there!
I don’t think I’ve allocated any of the embers into any of the urns… maybe thats my problem then?
I can hardly believe that Barthuc hasn’t dropped any chaos armor. On T4 it is a or at least nearly a guaranteed drop.

Did you make sure you spent your ashes and have the drop chaos armor from infernal caches deal at 100%

I prefer councils because i need more obducite minerals
He’s 100% dropped a piece of chaos gear for me every time I beat him…

Yes that would be your problem. He will just about always have chaos items drop if you have the urn upgraded. You can also trade in your chaos currency for caches if all your perks are maxed and don’t need anymore.
He always drops at least 1 for me. Usually 2.
After I completed the season on regular and started a HC character, I played till paragon 80-ish and wondered why everything sucked so badly. That’s when I realized I hadn’t invested any of the ashes. I forgot you need to spend them separately in HC and SC. They really make a world of difference for the seasonal perks.

I would say it’s more rare he doesn’t drop one for me on T4, but it has happened. Now I’ve never gotten the lucky 12 or 13 that some people have gotten, but for the most part I get 1 and the occasional two.

yea, i also had him happen to drop 0 chaos armor.
but op is most likely being extremely hyperbolic, because like you said, its pretty rare that he drops 0.

I’ve never NOT gotten at least 1 chaos armor in a t4 bartuc. Check if your loot filter is hiding chaos armors.
