Starting today I’m seeing legendary items being sold at vendors. Anyone else?

I believe you… But! There’s no way to really stop it without account binding you’re loot on pick up. If you think Blizzard doesn’t know this would most likely happen sadly you should be surprised … Remember D3 2013 3rd party vendors were selling dupped gear for hundreds of dollars and into the thousands for buying buffed accounts …By doin this the same thing will happen again …It wont be Blizzards pay to wi it will be the 3rd party chinese vendors that will be creating the pay to win …Hell theyre doing it now selling other wise mats you would normally have to grind for in 3rd party web sites… And it in every MMO , AARP , you name it …Any online multi player that allows gear trading… Its gonna be interesting to watch the forum chats shortly after s4 starts …

that’s always been there since day 1, just quite rare 
Once an item is sold to a vendor, can another player buy it?
These guys are targeting and farming legendaries & uniques 24-7 its all they do farm farm farm for these… They are all good high level players but farmers they know the game & the mechs , and how to play, all high level 100 players, farming all the good gear and flipping them online … Then flip the stuff on there web site for said amount of real money …
I think the OP means NPC vendors.

That’s cute, you think the NPC are program vendor instead of hard working farmers that slave all day out in the desert to find those yellow items for you to buy. Just becaues a gold coin doesn’t go as far as it used to while inflation doesn’t mean they don’t deserve dignity! 
They try their best to deliver their lines with conviction and emotion day after day, customer after customer!

Extremely rare though.
I have 4 or 5 screenshots of vendors with a Legendary item for sale.
Never bothered reporting it because it was so rare and innocuous. Why bother.
No. Vendors are instanced.

Oh yeh, I get a bunch of them all the time when I pay for them with my obols.
Come Season 4 - you only want legendary items so they may as well add them to the vendors now.

Something needs to be done with vendors. They are useless for the same reason that whisper rewards are useless. The item level is tied to your character level and their expectations are WAY off.
Like thanks for 600 item level gear, when I’m fully optimized 925’s at lv 65.
