yes same observations. Like others have said this is just a huge disturbance. you are constantly wasting mats and you cannot play in groups, you are forced to play solo. No one wants to play with someone who is constantly disconnecting.
I have the base game for PS5, i would prefer a refund on the PC. I would just buy VOH on PS5.
