The changes from Loot 2.0 included removing certain affixes, requiring for the game to roll new affixes for each old item you did posses. In addition to plenty of other changes beneath the hood.
The changes now only require to adjust the item level which will in turn adjust the rolled affixes range. Blizzard also going to grant max range to the lowered items to lvl 540.
