See the link below. Blizzard is finally, you know, “acknowledging,” “apologizing” and “communicating”. Imagine that.
There’s still absolutely no excuse for this and this couldn’t have been handled worse if they tried. And no mention if they are going to extend the botched goblin event, considering it has been entirely unplayable. But this better fix the problem!
