Very simple request.
Ctrl + Right click would do the job or make us be able to bind to any key combination.
This is already in the game (ctrl LMB)
It goes in stash when using RMB, and inventory when using LBM.

There’s a script you can use called Fast Mouse Clicker on Sourceforge for the mean time, once opened you can set the “Trigger” to Left-Ctrl button and “Mouse Clicks” to 100 (or 50 if it causes lag) and mouse/click to “left” then go back in game hold down the trigger key (L-Ctrl) and hover over the items you want to drop, you should roughly be able to drop an entire inventory in 3-5 seconds.
Just make sure to exit the program/script when you’re not using it anymore or when u need to use the trigger key for something else again, also make sure NOT to set the “mouse/key to click” key button to anything other than “left” (which u check/select) unless you have a macro button on ur mouse that you want to use to drop the items instead of the ctrl key then you can change the “key” button value manually to what key/button you want on the mouse but in this case Diablo IV uses ctrl+mouseclick to drop items so the scripts trigger key in this case has to be the Ctrl key anyway afaik.
PS: Since it’s not used to cheat or exploit the game in anyway but more to save time and your fingers the stress Blizzard should be lenient in this case I don’t see why they would not be ok with this… it’s a grey area use at your own risk, known youtubers such as Rob2629 use macros such as this and blizzard hasn’t said or done anything about it so it must be an exception, this possibly might even be the script/macro they’re using- check out one of their videos here to see it in action, I’ve timestamped the link so it should play at exactly 3:03 when you load it up. https://youtu.be/wwY019aUAqU?t=183

PSS: This also works for fast picking up of items, depositing items and withdrawing items not just dropping. Will just have to set the script to right click instead of left for depositing and withdrawing.
(REMEMBER TO CLOSE SCRIPT WHEN NOT IN USE FOR NORMAL FUNCTION OF USED KEY/TRIGGER, also the “STOP” button doesn’t seem to work for the “press” function maybe only works for “toggle” function haven’t tested that one yet)
