It is absolutely about time that this happened as this should never have even happened in the first place. It was wrong they knew it they tried to play games and they felt the backlash for it. They’ve lost how many more players because of it. No one can deny that many have quit. The problem is this is a consistent pattern of behavior from day one of Diablo 4. The question is when is it going to stop? It should not have taken this long to have something dealt with and it also should not have taken this long just to get a response. These players are your customers and they deserve a lot better treatment than what blizzard has been showing them. Now you still missed one thing, Warplans, should not and should not have ever been attached to one character and should be account wide. That move alone is costing you players and causing people to quit early. Start making the game fun and people will play it’s really simple.
Add some endgame content. There has not been any endgame content that we didn’t have to pay for in an expansion added for 2 years since season 5 when you added hordes and that is no longer end game content. Then you added undercity and the poor example for a raid. Since then the only thing you’ve tried to add was the tower which you kept in a beta for almost 8 months but it was just a copy of Diablo 3s greater Rift and it isn’t even running all the time or properly for that matter. There’s been nothing else added, war plans is not endgame content, that is addons to existing content which is in fact actually meant to intentionally slow the player down. That’s not what players want and you know this. Make war plans account wide so we can play other characters.
