I was doing tourmented varshawn by myself and I kept farming him leaving my gear on the floor inside the dungeon. I left the dungeon to quickly go through my stash when i walked back in there all my items disappeared. Some was even greater affix i had max talrasha greater affix ring and i am very upset i lost all my items.
