Items: Build-defining vs. Build-augmenting

I would love to have unique aspects, that could alter your skill usage but they can spawn on nearly any weapon. And remove the restrictions on weapon usability.

So you could find items with unique abilities but also useful affixes like life main stat etc.

Would immensely increase the loot pool.

A unique ww aspect for example, that, if spawned on a bow let you shoot arrows. If spawned on a polearm gives you more range or something.
